  • Raw land: SRE can work with Sellers or raw land with or without entitlements and infrastructure issues that are suitable for industrial development.
  • Conservation Easement: SRE through its Investment Banking division can manage the conservation easement process to monetize land for owners but protect the land in perpetuity

  • Multi-family and Senior Living opportunities: We have buyers ready to enter the market and where Sellers are interested we can plan Exit Strategies for the sale.
  • Distressed Asset and Special Situations: Where there is a defined need for debt restructuring to mitigate significant losses while waiting for the completion of the transaction (e.g. SRE may complete the sale a property through the use of discount notes and/or through negotiations with the mortgagees).
  • Design and Implementation of Loss Mitigation: Strategies for private and institutional investors. Distressed asset scenarios where the seller is in need of temporary solutions to prevent immediate foreclosure, significant losses or bankruptcy.
  • Commercial properties in foreclosure: SRE can work with and help Sellers through this seemingly complicated process to hopefully and positive solution.
  • Property Investment: The firm, as well as working in the Commercial Real Estate business, also works within the investment banking industry. This allows for access to capital needed for commercial real estate transactions whether on the buy or sell side of the transaction. Debt as well as equity and combinations of both are the forms of capital SRE works to find for its clients in need of different types of financing.
  • Commercial Consulting: SRE normally works with clients that have hard to sell properties and with our consulting we help the clients to prepare for the worst but work toward a best case scenario.
